We proudly support the following British suppliers

Devon Rose:
The Dean Family have been farming, game keeping, butchering and catering since the 1800's.
Each item has been carefully created with the attention only years of experience can bring.
They specifically avoid those processes and additives which, whilst highly profitable for the producer, can be detrimental to fresh quality.

Eades Greengrocers:
Eades is a family owned greengrocer just round the corner, it has been in the family for Five generations.
They source as much as possible from local farms, co-ops and market gardens.
They also own a 50 acre market garden themselves which is located just on the outskirts of Bath.

Avery’s Wine Merchants:
The firm can trace its roots back to 1793 when it was established in Bristol
The west of the UK, from Bristol to Liverpool to Glasgow, was an important route for goods to come into the country as they didn’t have to pass through the dangerous English Channel.
The business has developed an enviable reputation as one of the finest wine merchants in the country and a serious rival to the equally famous traditional merchants in St James’s in London.
New wines from the previously little-known appellation of Pomerol were the first to be imported by Avery’s, including the now legendary Pétrus.

Bath Bakery:
Another great local, family owned business of traditional craft bakers
Grandpa Herbert started baking bread in the village of Down Ampney near Cirencester in the 1920s.His son, David Herbert, established the well known Herbert’s Bakery in Bristol during the 1950s where his daughter Joyce joined the business after leaving school.
Joyce has a wealth of experience in the bakery trade and has been developing and expanding Bath Bakery over recent years.
